The Director
Marita Villafuerte-Pierce is an exporter turned educator. She is a Business Administration graduate of the University of the Philippines, Q.C. She is a U.S. licensed therapist for children with learning disabilities and has Diplomas in Primary and Elementary Education from the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), USA. She earned her Master’s Degree in Education at Loyola College, Maryland, USA. She is also a scholar of the Haggai Institute for Leadership, Hawaii.
Inspired by her 13 years of global business experience as an international designer, exporter and manufacturer and educational training, she devised the TRUTH Curriculum: a value –based educational program guide that tackles the truth in academics and reality FUNtastically packaged in creative hands-on and interactive presentations in palatable proportions. FUNdamental life skills are
presented through a series of attractive lessons that apply academic skills and concept. The aim of the TRUTH lesson series is to educate, equip and empower the child to become a significant and responsible individual in a playful yet practical manner. The TRUTH Curriculum is actually a Leadership Educational Program for children.
She conducts educational training programs and seminars for teachers and parents titled: “ I Am A Child“. She is a monthly columnist in BABY magazine, Animal Scene magazine and MOMS, BABIES and DADS column in Manila Bulletin newspaper; all circulated in the Philippines nationwide. Still an active designer, she designs children’s educational tools and furniture. She continues to write fun and creative
yet effective lessons for Preschool and Grade School children that promise to improve their attitudes and aim to attain higher aptitudes. She also speaks in international educational conferences and represents the Philippines on special occasions.
Marita is the founder and main director of Preppi School… the first of its kind in Asia. She imparts the best of the inner disciplines of the East and the advance and wholesome ideologies of the West to prepare the child of the future become a global leader. To make the Preppi School System available for the less fortunate children, Marita organized the EMPOWER series of training program for Teachers in order to
equip them for Educational Missions. Imagine Preppi School, a first rate educational program and service, offered for FREE to the less fortunate. Preppi School partners with various individuals and organizations in order to set up Empower Labs (Preppi School for Free for the Poor) all over the Philippines.

It embarks on ambitious Educational Missions to promote a higher literacy and character development in various communities. Marita Villafuerte-Pierce is one of the Board of Directors.
